The idea of Defy Limits came about during a yoga class when I realized that I was dissatisfied with the life I was living. When I reflected on that I realized it was because I was setting several limitations on my life based on my insecurities & fears which mostly centered around my weight & authentic self.
At that moment I was determined to start Defying my Limits & pursue the life I wanted emotionally, physically, & mentally. Have I perfected this…absolutely NOT…but I have made significant changes to live my authentic & best life.
I hope to inspire, support & develop a community where those who struggle with living a limited life of fear to confront it with passion & limitlessness. So as you explore, always remember to DEFY LIMTS that you place on yourself.
Defy Limits Counseling, LLC is a comprehensive wellness hub designed to support both the evolving clinician and the healing individual.
We operate as an umbrella for specialized services tailored to deep growth: our Clinical Supervision program mentors post-graduate therapists on their journey to full licensure, while our Outpatient Mental Health wing provides evidence-based psychotherapy. Complementing our clinical work is Limitless Wanderer Reiki, our dedicated energy healing practice that offers a soulful path to nervous system regulation and spiritual exploration.
